there are some really archaic terms in contracts that agencies don’t explain to landlords or tenants, meaning some perfect partnerships never even get considered. we plan to disrupt this. terms need to work between person and person. not just because it makes the letting agents lives easier. all this can happen legally, online and in a way that works for both parties
